
ERRA REVIEW

Inertia, Resolve, Silent Planet and ERRA played at the Metro Theatre on the weekend and we got to watch four epic acts kill it and bring their A-game to Sydney.

Inertia kicked off the set with "Leviathan and Dying to Let You Go" and the explosive and driving riffs, wild dynamic vocals and perfectly rounded breakdowns brought an intense start to the crowd and amped us up for the rest of the set. They continued with "Dominion and Parallels" the dark pop and soul elements were present with a sprinkling of emo pop. Inertia closed out their set with " Static and Too Far Gone " and the crashing drums, Smashing guitar riffs and groovy bass lines filled the venue with heaviness and a fun atmosphere.

Resolve kicked off their set with " Human and Bloodlust " and the heavy and technical sounds filled our veins with energy and power. The set continued with "Death Awaits and Molotov" and the exceptional tones and the harsh riffs were enthusiastic and catchy. The choruses were filled with solid riffs and undoubtedly backed with powerful instrumentation and Resolve showed us what they are made of. They finished off their set with "Sandman, Smile and Older Days" they proved they were a force to be reckoned with.

Silent Planet are a metalcore band from California and they kicked off the set with "Offworlder, Collider and Euphoria" and the crowd whipped up into a frenzy as the brutal heavy guitar and extreme Vocals and crushing breakdowns shook the venue, and made us excited for the next songs. They continued with "Antimatter, Panic Room and :Signal:"" and the hardcore Drums and thundering bass guitar created a high energy that exuded through the venue and everyone was hooked. Silent Planet finished off their set with "Anunnaki, Mindframe and Trilogy" and they got us pumped up for ERRA.

ERRA hit the stage and the energy spread through the venue as they kicked off their set with "Slow Sour Bleed, Pale Iris and Gungrave" and the crowd was buzzing with excitement and JT Cavey's powerful vocals were exciting and off the charts. The set continued with " Scorpion Hymn, Wish and Glimpse " and the blazing bass guitar, driving guitar riffs and soaring drums made the metal horns fly high.
ERRA amped up the crowd as they continued their set with " Vanish Canvas, Cure and Crawl Backwards Out of Heaven." The crowd sang the words back to the band at the top of their lungs. As ERRA's night was coming to a close, we got to hear hits " Rebirth and Skyline," and the crowd cheered for more. ERRA brought an amazing set and we cannot wait to see them back in Sydney.

As the night came to a close, we were sad to see it over. We got to watch amazing sets delivered by Inertia, Resolve, Silent Planet, and ERRA, and the fans are still buzzing from the masterpieces that we got to witness at the Metro Theatre.
