The lights dimmed as SiM took to the stage and the roaring wave of enthusiastic cheers filled the room as all four awesome members were ready to rock. We got to watch MAH on Vocals, SHOW-HATE on guitar, SIN on bass and GODRi on drums, as SiM kicked off their set with 'UNDER THE TREE', 'PLAYDEAD', 'KiSS OF DEATH' and 'B.B.T'. SiM brought their A game and sent the pit into overdrive from the word go.
As SiM set continued with 'TxHxC' the guitars brought funky riffs, melodies, and classic grooves and it made the crowd dance. The Big bass lines and chaotic drum beats were hard hitting and set the crowd in a groove. SiM continued the set with 'Blah Blah Blah' and 'Amy' and the powerful vocals and rocking harmonies filled the room. As the powerful hits 'EXiSTENCE', 'Devil in Your Heart' and 'BASEBALL BAT' continued to shine through, the nasty breakdowns put the icing on the cake and the marvel of inventions perked up your ears. The eclectic and catchy tunes continued with 'The Rumbling' and 'RED' these songs had some of the most fun guitar riffs and the bass was truly working overtime. 'DO THE DANCE' sounded like it was going to be a metalcore classic and then turned into a funky little track with fun verses.

As SiM finished their set with 'KiLLiNG ME' and 'f.a.i.t.h' the echoing chorus, the main riffs and the harmonics showed us why we came to rock out with this epic Japanese band. The energy SiM filled the room with was insane and we cannot wait for them to hit Austarlian shores for their next tour.
